At JULN CREED, every piece is created with intention and precision. As part of our commitment to delivering exclusive, made-to-order and limited-run garments, all sales are final. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

Shipping Liability
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping provider. JULN CREED is not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or misplaced in transit. For such issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
Sizing Responsibility
We strongly encourage you to consult our size guides before purchasing. If the incorrect size is ordered, JULN CREED is not obligated to provide a refund or exchange. Any exchange—if approved—is at the full expense of the customer.
Production Timeline & Refund Eligibility
Please note:
• Orders fulfilled within our standard production timeline of up to 14 weeks (98 days) are not eligible for refunds.
• Only in cases where the production time exceeds this threshold will refund requests be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
