1. DEFINITIONS

5. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials on the Site—including text, images, logos, media, software—are owned or licensed by JULN CREED and protected by intellectual property laws. You may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all proprietary notices. Any unauthorized use may result in account termination or legal action.

6. RESTRICTIONS & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We do not actively screen or endorse user-generated content. Users agree not to post unlawful, offensive, or objectionable content. Please report violations to support@julncreed.com. Content moderation may be delayed but will be acted upon as appropriate.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Post defamatory, illegal, or infringing content

• Distribute malware or harmful code

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

• Use the Site for unauthorized commercial activities

• Spam, solicit personal data, or target minors

• Manipulate search visibility or perform automated scraping

Violations may result in account suspension or enforcement action.

8. SYSTEM INTERFERENCE & UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

You agree not to:

• Disrupt other users’ Site access

• Use bots or crawlers without permission

• Remove proprietary notices

• Mine data or reformat the Site

• Overload our infrastructure

• Hack or attempt unauthorized access

• Interfere with the Site’s technical operations

Any violations may lead to suspension and legal recourse.

JULN CREED does not guarantee the outcome of using the Site materials, frequency of updates, or appearance of specific individuals or artists.

15. AVAILABILITY & GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

Not all products or services are available in all locations. Offers and availability are void where prohibited. JULN CREED may limit or restrict access at its discretion.

16. PURCHASING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

• Requires a valid payment method and confirmation of being 18 years or older with authorization to use the payment method

• You are responsible for accurate billing information, all charges (including shipping, handling, and taxes)

• JULN CREED reserves the right to modify prices or availability at any time

17. PROMOTIONAL EVENTS & GIVEAWAYS

Promotions are governed by separate official rules. By participating, you agree to those rules and to our Privacy Policy. In case of conflicts, promotion rules take precedence.

18. GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

• Severability: Invalid provisions will be limited or removed without affecting the rest

• Entire Agreement: These Terms replace any previous agreements and exclude reliance on external representations

• Notices: We may notify you via email, mail, or on-site messaging

• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision doesn’t waive future rights

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The JULN CREED mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by JULN CREED (“JULN CREED,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or using our Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to change or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES

By opting into JULN CREED’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of JULN CREED to the mobile number you provided. This includes both informational and promotional messages. Message types may include:

• Order updates and shipping alerts

• Account notifications

• Exclusive offers, product drops, promotions, or reminders

Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase and participation is completely voluntary.

2. FEES & MESSAGE FREQUENCY

JULN CREED does not charge for the Service. However, standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us.

Please check with your wireless carrier for applicable charges. You are solely responsible for all text message-related costs charged by your provider.

3. HOW TO OPT OUT

You may opt out of the Service at any time by:

• Texting STOP to JULN (or the number from which you received our messages), or

• Clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any of our SMS messages (if available)

You will receive a confirmation message that you’ve been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Note: If you have joined other JULN CREED messaging programs, you will need to unsubscribe from each one individually.

4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Need help? Text HELP to JULN (or the short code used), or email us directly at support@julncreed.com.

5. SHORT CODES & NUMBER CHANGES

JULN CREED may update the phone number or short code used for the Service. If this happens, we’ll notify you. Messages sent to a retired number or code may not be received, and we are not responsible for any unprocessed requests due to such changes.

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

The wireless carriers participating in this program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. While we aim for reliable delivery, JULN CREED is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, or for any reliance placed on message content.

Please ensure your mobile number is up to date. If you change your number, you’ll need to re-enroll in the Service with your new number.
