  • Delivery times vary depending on the method selected and your location.

  • We offer domestic and international shipping. The only exception is Brazil, where we currently do not ship.

International Orders

  • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • JULN CREED is not liable for customs delays or fees.

  • Please check with your local customs office for any potential charges before ordering.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen issues are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you suspect your order is missing, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or missed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.

  • We will contact you if your order is returned. If we don’t receive a response within 30 days, the order may be canceled and a restocking fee may apply.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • While we’ll do our best to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
